Condition of Items
- Good quality manufacturers.
- Clean and in good repair.
- Good to excellent overall condition.
- If you have something you would like to consign of a smaller nature, please bring it to us for evaluation and
consideration. If you have a lot of items, such as house or storage content we can organize a visit.
- If you cannot bring the item simply bring in a clear photograph or picture and if possible, a portable piece of the
item for evaluation, such as a drawer, side chair, etc. You can also e-mail us a digital picture of the item(s) at:

- After previewing your item, we can help you find a mover to pick up your furniture (see here).They will deliver it to
our showroom for display. Trucking fee is based on location, size, and number of items.
Legal precautions
In order to protect the owners of the items we will require an ID with photo from each consignor.
Commission Structure
We take a commission for each item we sell for you and our normal commission is 50% of the selling price.
- At 30 Days the price of the item will drop by 10% of the original sale price.
- At 60 Days the price will drop by 20% of the original sale price.
- At 90 days the price will drop by 30% of the original sale price.
- At 120 days the consignment period will expire.
We send statement of sales and organize payments for the 20th of the month after the sale.
Items numbers
All our items have a 8 digit number that includes the date it came.
For example 10823002 would mean:
2011 (first digit), August (2nd and 3rd), the 23rd (4th and 5th), which means on the 23rd of September the price
would be automatically 10% if the item was not sold before.
End of Consignment
All items can be taken back at any time by the consignor with a prior call for heavy items.
Any item remaining in the store after the expiration of the agreed consignment period, unless a new consignment is
agreed, becomes store property.
